Kovalam – Kanyakumari
After taking breakfast. Drive to kanyakumari, visit kanykumari sightseeings , visit vivkandha rock and gandhi mandabam,kanyakumari temple etc. Overnight Stay at Hotel Kanyakumari.
Madurai-Rameswaram
After breakfast drive to Madurai. Arrive Madurai and check-in at hotel. The ancient city of Madurai, some 2600 years old is laid out in the banks of river Vaigai as a lotus flower with the Meenakshi temple in the centre. visiting – Meenakshi temple, King Tirumala’s Palace, Mariamman Tepakkulam and Alagar Kovil. Night stay in Madurai
Srinagar/Gulmarg/Srinagar
After breakfast proceed for Rameshwaram- the most sacred temple town of India is an island hallowed by the epic Ramayana, where Lord Rama is said to have visited before going into battle of Srilanka. Temple stands close to sea on the eastern side of the island. One of the twelve Jyotirlingam shrines is also well known for its magnificent corridors and the massive sculptured pillars lining them. Night stay in Rameswaram.
Rameswaram –Kodaikanal
Breakfast at hotel and drive to kodaikanal . Kodai is situated at an altitude of about 2,133-m high and covers an area of 21.45-sq-km. The hill town is renowned for its educational institutions of international repute. The hill-plantain fruits and plums are known for their freshness and taste. Berijam lake, one among the beautiful lakes of South India, spreads over an area of 24 hectares. Evening visit lake. Overnight at Kodaikanal.
Kodaikanal – Thekkady
Breakfast at hotel and proceed for Thekkady – drive through tea estates, spice gardens and wild forests. Arrive Thekkady after a memorable drive of approx. 4 hours. Check in at hotel. Later visit to Vandiperiyar, Murikkady and Pandikuzhi. In the evening visit Kumily market to buy the best spices available.
Overnight in Hotel at Thekkady
Thekkady -Munnar
After breakfast, check out the hotel and proceed to Munnar. On arrival, check into hotel. Later proceed for sightseeing of Munnar. Munnar is a verdant paradise situated at the confluence of three mountain streams and Kundala. Visit to Attukkadu Water Falls. Later drive to Eravikulam National Park, the best place to see the Nilgiri Tahr (mountain goat). The altitude varies from about 1,400m on the valley floor to Anaimudi peak at 2,695m, the highest peak in Nilgiris and south of the Himalayas. The ideal location to catch up on your memories. Munnar – Allepey
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Alleppey. Allapuzha (Alleppey) has grown in importance as a backwater tourist centre, attracting several thousands of foreign tourists each year. Allapuzha is also famous for its boat races, houseboat holidays, beaches, marine products and coir industry. A singular characteristic of this land is the region called Kuttanad.
